Our Story

Chabad of Thousand Oaks was established in 2001, to serve the Jewish community of Thousand Oaks. Chabad of Thousand Oaks is a place where everyone is welcome, regardless of affiliation or prior level of knowledge. Its sole purpose is to create a warm, welcoming environment to explore and experience Judaism's warm and relevant spiritual inspirations in a non-judgmental and inviting atmosphere.

Since its inception, Chabad of Thousand Oaks strives to meet the needs of the community with religious services, and social events, as well as an array of programming.

Chabad of Thousand Oaks is a local, independent and financially self-supporting entity. Every dollar that we receive comes from the generosity of people like you. We are a 501(c)(3) organization and your donations are fully tax deductible.
