Thank you Baila Olidort for sharing this inspiring teaching with us.
Thank you Chabad.org.
Much to think about during Shabbat, the Days of Awe and subsequent yom tovs to incorporate this wisdom into our celebration.
May you only have good news.
Good Shabbos to you and your sweet family, to your sweet friends, to your sweet guests and to sweet Klal Yisrael.

Hello, Baila
Today's Torah in 7 reminds me of our late and former President John Adam's reflection regarding transitioning from hardship to cultural ease:
"Hard times create strong men, strong men.
create good times, good times create
weak men, and weak men create hard
times."
On our life's journey we experience good and hard times. Are we really protecting our children from the struggle of how to critically think and survive when tough times knock at their door? My hope is that we are teaching our children and they will be ready "to be" there for those who are not prepared. We see with our "physical eyes" the devastation effect global warming is having on American states, and country's around the world. We must "Re'eh" with our "spiritual eyes" as GD prepared Joseph and caused him to "see" spiritually and physically, interpret Pharaoh's dream, save his family and the known world. We thank GD for helping us to help others. Eikev/Akav. Remember! TU!
