Crispy Cereal Bars

Parve/Makes 12 Servings
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons Benecol Light® or other light spread
7 ounces marshmallows
2 cups Multigrain Cheerios®
5 cups organic puffed kamut cereal
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup raw sunflower seeds
Directions:
1. Line a 9- by 13-inch baking pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
2. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the Benecol and marshmallows, stirring with a silicone spatula, until melted and smooth. Remove from heat and add the Cheerios, puffed kamut, salt, and sunflower seeds. Stir. Press into prepared pan. When set, cut into bars.
