Mocca Bundt Cake
 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/4 c. coffee diluted in 3/4 c. hot water
2 scoops (teaspoons) vanilla sugar
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 c. cocoa
 
Preheat oven to 350.
 
Beat eggs and sugar together until fluffy.
 
Add rest of ingredients gradually and mix well until mixture is smooth and silky.
 
Pour into bundt pan.  Bake for 40-45 minutes (too long will dry it out).
