(Shavuos) Cream Cheese Pie
One frozen graham cracker pie crust
Filling:
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. flour
10 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
graham cracker crumbs
-Preheat oven to 350.
-In large bowl, beat eggs well.
-Add rest of ingredients and beat until well blended.
-Pour into crust. Bake for one hour.
-In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients except for graham cracker crumbs and pour over pie.
-Bake for five minutes. Remove and cool.
-Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and chill for three hours before serving.
Note: For a topping, you can also use blueberry pie filling or cherry pie filling. Spread a thin layer over baked cheese cake.
