Marinated, Grilled (Yummy!) Salmon
 
Baby salmon is ideal in this recipes as it is very thin, and absorbs the flavors more easily — plus, it looks beautiful.
 

Ingredients:

-3 lbs. salmon fillets (with skin)

-fresh lemon juice

-fresh garlic, minced

-olive oil

-salt

-pepper

Directions:

1.     Place clean salmon in a roomy ziplock.

2.     Add remaining ingredients and seal the ziplock   tightly, being sure to take out all air.

3.     Smush the ingredients together through the plastic.

4.     Marinate for up to 24 hours.

5.     Broil skin side down for 20 minutes, or until crispy brown on top.
